  1. Introduction
  • These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Finabee mobile application (“App”), the website located at (“Website”), and all related services provided by Finabee Ltd. (“Finabee,” “we,” “us”).
  • By accessing, downloading, or using the App or Website, you signify your agreement to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
  1. Account Creation and Eligibility
  • To fully utilize the Service, you must create an account (“Account”). You represent and warrant that you:
    • Are of legal age to form a binding contract (at least 18 years old in the UK) OR have obtained valid parental or legal guardian consent if you a minor in your jurisdiction.
    • Will provide accurate and complete information during registration.
    • Are solely responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials and any activity occurring under your Account.

    • App and Website text, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, code, and overall look and feel.
    • Educational materials, quizzes, and other proprietary content provided through the Service
  • You retain ownership of any original content that you submit to the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Finabee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify your User Content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Service.
  1. User-Generated Content
  • Certain features of the Service may allow you to post comments, participate in forums, or submit other forms of User Content. You understand and acknowledge that:
    • You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it.
    • Finabee does not pre-screen User Content but reserves the right to remove or edit any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at its sole discretion.
    • User Content does not reflect the opinions of Finabee, and Finabee makes no representations or warranties about User Content.
  1. In-App Rewards (“Honeypots”)
  • Honeypots are virtual points earned within the App by completing educational modules, engaging with the community, and other activities as determined by Finabee.
  • Honeypots can be exchanged for rewards within the App, such as digital downloads or other items determined by Finabee.
  • Finabee may set expiration dates or limitations on the use of Honeypots.
  • Honeypots hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  1. Competitions and Promotions
  • Eligibility: Competitions and promotions are generally open to individuals aged 18 or over. Specific contests may have additional eligibility requirements that will be clearly outlined.
  • Entry Mechanisms: Ways to enter will be specified for each competition, and may include:
    • Signing up for the Finabee waiting list
    • Engaging with Finabee’s social media accounts (e.g., liking, sharing, commenting)
    • Completing specific activities or achieving milestones within the app
  • Winner Selection: Winners may be selected:
    • Randomly: Using a random draw system.
    • Merit-Based: Winners will be selected by a panel of judges based on specified criteria (e.g., quality of forum contributions, leaderboard position)
  • Prizes: Prizes will be clearly described, along with their approximate retail value.
  • Notification and Claiming Prizes: Winners will be notified via email or direct message within 7 days of the draw or judging completion. Winners will have a specified time period to claim their prize, after which an alternate winner may be selected.

    • Limitations may be placed on the number of entries per person.
    • Finabee reserves the right to use user-submitted content for promotional purposes with the user’s consent.

  • Acknowledgement: Finabee may display advertising within the App, primarily on the “parents” section.
  • Affiliate Marketing: Finabee may include affiliate links within blogs or promotional offers. If you make a purchase through an affiliate link, Finabee may receive a commission.
  • Disclaimer: Finabee does not control and is not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third-party websites accessed through advertising or affiliate links. Finabee is an educational platform aimed at fostering financial literacy and entrepreneurial skills in children. Its focus is on providing knowledge and encouraging positive habits, not on real-world financial transactions.
  1. Modifications to the Service
  • Finabee’s Right to Modify Finabee reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any portion thereof, at any time and without prior notice. This includes adding or removing features, changing pricing, or temporarily restricting access for maintenance.
